I recently purchased a ransom rest to test my rounds. I am a USPSA production shooter that shoots a glock 34. 1.06 is the OAL you want in a glock,(with the 120 bayou) with a KKM barrel giving you the best groups. 130 to 135 PF. Each type of gun has an OAL and fps that it likes.

What gun?

Its not the splits, its the .15 transitions that would be impossible to me.

What the inspector said at 21 feet. .15 transitions with all A's seem impossible to me with iron sights.

Anyone have a video with a 7 yard blake drill with .15 transitions I would love to see what that looks and sounds like. All Alphas.

Everone I know that shoots a metal gun in production change out all the internal parts, and now the external hammer. (Limited lite) Thats is what I was trying to get across. I really dont care, I beleive its the indian not the arrow. Suprising your dept carries a metal gun, what kind of LE are you?

I beleive Ben S. says under 4 seconds all A's is GM level.

There is nothing production about production, unless you shoot a plastic gun.

Are .15 transitions all A's humanly possible (repeatable) with iron sights.

Polishing the Mr. Bullet feeder die with 800, 1200, and 2500 grit sandpaper and polishing with flitz and a dremel did help. However the new way I use Hornady one shot seems to be the best fix. (Thanks Bill D.) I have always laid the brass flat in a giant ziplock bag and sprayed it. Now I have another step. After this I put it in a shallow box and shake, puts them (99%) primer side down. Spray the hornady oneshot across the brass letting it get on the inner rim. Let dry 15 minutes. This fixed it for me hope this helps.

Did the polishing or sanding on the Mr Bullet feeder funnel help with the sticking issue?

New to the 1050. Any schematics with grease and oil points. Called Dillion and they said thats a great idea, but no. How often? Taking the bearings out and repacking? Did a google search not much there on this. Thanks in advance...

Anyone experience a red washout effect with the DPP late in the day when the sun is lower?

Ok so I made up a few words. Swingers at distance 25-30 yards that apear through an opening. When and how do you shoot it.

2 people are shooting it in S.C. I do think changing the round count to 23 was a great decision and will bring lots more people into the division.

The new question is will the new magazine bump save CO? With 23 rounds I may even have to give it a try, open lite sounds fun.

I started the match on this stage telling it the way I saw it. I dont think those guys would have been angry and got the MD if someone was leaning around a corner to shoot. Maybe it was out by the time you shot? The construction of this was is a flat piece of steel on the ground with 3 metal pipes welded to the steel. The wall just drops down into the pipe. This the last thing I have to say about this, I asked the question without involving names. Some one asking questions about your stages is just that a question. Good luck with your future matches.

Im not going to argue on a forum about a rule question. I will ask who ever I want, politely. No names were given, not the club, nothing. I simply asked the ruling. I talked with several CROs that I know and respect and they all had different answers. So I posted the question to the forum. I did not get madd about at the match, didn't know if it was legal or not.

I never once mentioned this match or anyones name simply wanted thoughts on a ruling. I ask lots of questions about rules and rulings called, the more you know the more you can get away with. I asked several CROs that I respect and to be honest they all gave a different answer. You chose to adress this question blankly asked on a forum. Forums are for input.

John I just wanted to see if what you did was legal, to add to the bag of tricks. I am all for a grey area if its legal.

At this particular match there were several ROs and CROs and they just let everyone do it. I quess on my walk throughs Im going to test the wall stability and drink more protein powder.
