I recently purchased a KKM barrel for my G35, and I found that while jacketed/plated bullets dropped in fine, my Bayou Bullet loads were a little too tight. KKM said to ship back to them with some dummy rounds, and they would adjust the barrel for me. Total time for the whole process, including shipping both ways, was 7 days. And no charge for the work. Perhaps Bar-Sto will do the same for you.

I bought one (2mm over) to try out, and though it was a bit thicker than I would prefer, it does go on/off MUCH easier than the stock base pads. I will probably order some of the 1mm over next time. Are they worth 15$ Yeah, I guess so. It's only money, right?

Got mine Friday (Billy shipped on Monday USPS). Fits nice and tight in my late model G35.

Billy was specific, Glock is only counterboring the 34/35. It should not be under too much pressure. In the case of the 34 and 35 , there was no pressure, there existed a gap and the whole rod/spring assembly just falls out. That pretty much describes my G35 as well.

Billy is replacing mine as well. Excellent service all the way around from Jager!

I have the Jager Gen4 guide rod, and it fits great in my G22 Gen4 I bought last year. It is loose in my G35 Gen4 I purchased about a month ago. Thanks for the thread. I thought maybe it was just me.
