I see physical dimensions list at these websites: https://www.opticsplanet.com/bushnell-ar-optics-first-strike-2-0-reflex-sight-4-moa-red-dot-reticle-aimpoint.html

Has anyone tried the TandemKross SideSwitch? Only $20 https://www.tandemkross.com/SideSwitch-Nylon-Holster-for-the-Ruger®-MK-Series-_p_673.html

I tried the CMMG Colt and had consistent problems which were never resolved. I've read nothing but good reviews of the QC10 Colt lower.
I switched to the JP GMR-15 which uses Glock mags and haven't had any gun issues.

Interesting, didn't think that would be possible. Was this compressed air (canned or from a compressor)?
I don't recall ... it could have been either method since I have both on my workbench.

Anyone tried air for the diode? Granted it's a bit different, but I'll only clean camera sensors (inside the body once the lens is removed) with a special kit that amounts to small bursts of air from something like a blood pressure cuff pump with inflation needle on the end of it. Depending how recessed the emitter is i wonder if a cleaning solution and swab could leave more residue? Although alcohol swabs followed by air could be a great compromise.
Will follow closely to see what the consensus is and if anyone is able to reach out to a manufacturer who actually has an answer?
I stopped using air for any optics after I blew some crap behind a lens where it can't be reached.

I did basically the same thing to get qualified in open. 9mm 1911 + EGW mount + Holosun 507C

I like the Burris dots, but there's no question the RMR is the better choice, in my opinion. But I have a buddy that switched to the Trijicon and then went back to the Burris. Have you shot both? If you can try them out, that's obviously your best bet.
Why did he go back to the Burris?

I now leave everything in the car trunk except the gun. No more forgotten holsters, belts, or mag pouches.

Two "NPA" items listed here if you care who made the brass: http://cartridgecollectors.org/?page=headstampcodes
WMA is Winchester NATO spec ammo made at their plant in Mississippi.

Barrel has a hole on top , Id have to see one shot with an optic to see if it would be a problem like the Sigs.
Weight is decent, they dont mention guide rod, but assuming you could add some tungsten here or there and get it closer to 40 oz.
Probably not alot of aftermarket support, probably come down to how good the trigger isBarrel or slide?

I got two 40 round magazine so far. 700 rounds and one match with them. Have not seen a hint of a problem with them. They work really well with my set up. I order more so we will see.
Which PCC are you running?

TriggerTech AR Diamond. Adjustable down to 1.5 lb.
Which lower are you using with the AR Diamond? I tried one and it double-fired when I adjusted it to 2 lbs or under.

When I ran a Mil-spec lower with a Colt mag adapter, I used this Arredondo AR magwell: https://www.arredondoaccessories.com/product/ar-magwell/

California, or CAT. Just purchased an 8 gallon oil less compressor and it is quiet. I can run it at midnight with no issues. And it is compact, and it doesn't flip 15 amp breakers.

I have the 10 gallon version and it's fantastic. Quiet, powerful, and two output connections. Bought it from Lowes. It's a smaller footprint since it's an upright model.

Peter, did you reduce the LOP by sawing off part of the butt stock and replacing pad? I am trying to guage the pictures. If you did, did you experience any chipping on the butt cross-cut? Blade or band cut?
Thanks............Hoops
not Peter, but wrap the cut-line with painter's tape or masking tape to prevent tear-out.

Have you tried the HBI Long pictured here: https://www.rainierarms.com/blog/aftermarket-safeties-for-the-cz-scorpion-evo3/

Add latex gloves to your kits. It's nice to keep dirt/carbon/grease etc. off of your gear and fancy $100 TechWear shirts when cleaning, oiling or fixing a hardware problem. .

I got the 14.5" model. Ran it in my first ever PCC match today and it was a blast. Gun ran great!! I zero'd at 15 yards and that seemed perfect for the type of stage we shoot at our range. Thanks for all the advice and input in this thread. I ran it with TTI +10 extensions and the were great as well!
What size group did you get with the 14.5" barrel?

Bought the Vantage RS stock and it was a bit too long. I removed the butt pad, and cut off 1" on the band-saw. Reattached the pad and it was a perfect fit.
It's wood so it's pretty easy to reshape the pistol grip with wood rasps, files & sandpaper and customize it to get a perfect fit.
Barrel length for PCC?

It's very easy to file ATF form 5320.20 by email. I file it every time I shoot my SBRs in out of state matches and it has taken exactly 1 week for the ATF to respond with approval via email.
If you shoot more than one match in the same out of state location, just enter the entire year in the From & To date range boxes.
