I got two 40 round magazine so far. 700 rounds and one match with them. Have not seen a hint of a problem with them. They work really well with my set up. I order more so we will see.
Which PCC are you running?

TriggerTech AR Diamond. Adjustable down to 1.5 lb.
Which lower are you using with the AR Diamond? I tried one and it double-fired when I adjusted it to 2 lbs or under.

When I ran a Mil-spec lower with a Colt mag adapter, I used this Arredondo AR magwell: https://www.arredondoaccessories.com/product/ar-magwell/

This place has it in stock for $69.95 https://handgungrips.com/content/sw-k-and-l-square-hogue-rubber-monogrip-wood-big-butt-10006

California, or CAT. Just purchased an 8 gallon oil less compressor and it is quiet. I can run it at midnight with no issues. And it is compact, and it doesn't flip 15 amp breakers.

I have the 10 gallon version and it's fantastic. Quiet, powerful, and two output connections. Bought it from Lowes. It's a smaller footprint since it's an upright model.

Check out page 3 of this thread for pics of the old front wheel sight: https://www.smithandwessonforums.com/forum/s-w-revolvers-1945-present/2782-686-adjustable-front-sight-3.html

Peter, did you reduce the LOP by sawing off part of the butt stock and replacing pad? I am trying to guage the pictures. If you did, did you experience any chipping on the butt cross-cut? Blade or band cut?
Thanks............Hoops
not Peter, but wrap the cut-line with painter's tape or masking tape to prevent tear-out.

Have you tried the HBI Long pictured here: https://www.rainierarms.com/blog/aftermarket-safeties-for-the-cz-scorpion-evo3/

Add latex gloves to your kits. It's nice to keep dirt/carbon/grease etc. off of your gear and fancy $100 TechWear shirts when cleaning, oiling or fixing a hardware problem. .

I got the 14.5" model. Ran it in my first ever PCC match today and it was a blast. Gun ran great!! I zero'd at 15 yards and that seemed perfect for the type of stage we shoot at our range. Thanks for all the advice and input in this thread. I ran it with TTI +10 extensions and the were great as well!
What size group did you get with the 14.5" barrel?

Bought the Vantage RS stock and it was a bit too long. I removed the butt pad, and cut off 1" on the band-saw. Reattached the pad and it was a perfect fit.
It's wood so it's pretty easy to reshape the pistol grip with wood rasps, files & sandpaper and customize it to get a perfect fit.

I bought one of these a few years ago and now I never use my air compressor for gun stuff.

At both ends of the budget spectrum, I had a RIA Tactical which ran very well, and my current Dan Wesson PM9 runs great. You need to find which brand of mag your gun prefers.
Both of mine ran any type of ammo.

Anyone have good food recommendations near CMP ? Looks like a few BBQ places.
Do they have food at the event ? Should we hit subway in the morning on the way each day ?
I ate at Rana's Mexican Restaurant which was decent.

I've installed a BAD lever on numerous guns. Not specifically on an MBX but they're all the same installation method as shown here:

Are you having installation issues?

Hopefully not a duplicate post.

These guys specialize in Beretta pistols: https://alleghenyarms.com/custom-berettas/
You already listed Wilson Combat.
Ernest Langdon is considered the Beretta 92 guru. I'd call him first. https://www.langdontactical.com/products/gunsmithing/

I use the EGW on a 9mm 1911 with a Holosun 507C and it works great. I use the Laserlyte bore sighter for every gun and it always get me within 2" of the bullseye.

For the Glock, don't laugh but I've been running this $15 UTG mount for about 2 years: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BK7SJF2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Pulling the handle on a 1050 requires around half the force that it did on my 650, which will be identical to a 750.
That’s huge if you load 1,000 rounds sessions like I do at age 40, or if you have arthritis and want to load lower volumes.
Additionally, the 650/750 design is going to break parts many times more frequently if automated, and without swaging you better have some high quality brass to feed it. The beefiness of my 1050s design and build when compared to the 650 I had for 10 years really can’t be overstated.
Why does the 1050 require half the force of a 650?

For reference, my TRR8 was made in 2007 and nothing has loosened. How old are your TRR8s?

Posted this in the Technical/Gear area, but figure some of you folks might have some info:
Looking at getting an MRO with the Green dot (I have an astigmatism, so green works best for my eyes)... thoughts?
I had an early red MRO that I absolutely hated and promptly got rid of because it had some noticeable magnification and wasn’t a true 1x, but I hear the newer ones (and green ones) are cured of that, true?
Also, the battery life looks pretty short, I’m not too concerned about that because batteries are cheap and plentiful, but I’ve read they can go dead after only a couple days when accidentally left on at the higher settings, and mine will probably be parked at “5” (1 down from max) most of the time... has it been a problem for anybody, or has been changing out batteries often been a hassle?
I currently run a Holosun T1-style sight that’s been great (and batteries last and last because of the “shake awake” feature when I forget to turn it off), and I don’t really need to switch, but I do like how the Trijicon is so much more robust as far as getting knocked around and beat up... but moving to the MRO won’t really be an upgrade if there are other issues that make it a PITA...
Thanks.
If you like your Holosun, you can get a green version: http://www.holosun.com/index/product/detail/id/138.html
I don't see anything that would make the MRO worth $150 more than the Holosun.
I also prefer green in my red dots.
