The CIA had an opening for an assassin. After all the background checks, interviews, and testing were done there were three finalists. two men and a woman. For the final test, the CIA agents took one of the men to a large metal door and handed him a gun. "We must know that you will follow your instructions no matter what the circumstances. Inside the room you will find your wife sitting in a chair. Kill Her! The man said, "You can't be serious, I could never shoot my wife." The agent said, "Then you're not the right man for this job. Take your wife and go home." The second man was given the same instructions. He took the gun and went into the room. All was quiet for about 5 minutes. The man came out with tears in his eyes, "I tried, but I can't kill my wife." The agent said, "You don't have what it takes. Take your wife and go home." Finally, it was the woman's turn. She was given the same instructions, to kill her husband. She took the gun and went into the room. Shots were heard, one after another. They heard screaming, crashing, banging on the walls. After a few minutes, all was quiet. The door opened slowly and there stood the woman. She wiped the sweat from her brow. "This gun is loaded with blanks" she said. "I had to beat him to death with the chair."

When you have to explain to the UPS guy that all those boxes of bullets he's delivered are just bullets and not complete cartridges. All because he's concerned about leaving them on your doorstep when your not home. Jim

I use the Limcat holster and mag pouches. The holster is nice but you have to be careful. If you wear a coat or bump something it's pretty easy to knock off the lock. The mag pouches are real nice when new but the problem with them is that after alot of use they start losing tension. Dropped a couple mags this last year. If you already have CR Speed stuff I'd stick with it. Im pretty sure I'll be changing soon. Jim If your dead set on the Limcat stuff maybe we could work out a trade. I remember awile back there was some discusion that the 550 was also going to get auto indexing with the case feeder. Is that true or will it stay manual? Can't wait to order one either way. Jim

Thank You It is a .38 supercomp (Thanks Bob). Well I got lucky today. It jammed once. Lucky for me it was on the last shot of the stage I was shooting. Everytime it's the same jam. Empty piece of brass sticking sideways out of the gun primer facing in jammed between the ejection port and my c-more serindipity. The funny thing is the brass will be ejecting directly to my right about 4-5 feet away then all the sudden one will trickle out or jam. It doesn't happen to frequently either. Is it possible that the brass is being pushed up the breech face by the rounds in the mag that my ejector isn't getting a good hit? If I take the slide off and put an empty on the breech face under the extractor and push it as far up the breech face as I can then put the slide on the gun and cycle it the brass just barely gets a nudge. Is there away to tighten the grip on an aftec? How would you fix this? Thanks again

Im trying to identify whether my aftec is for a .38 Super or a .38 supercomp. Should the rim of the case be touching the extractor? Right know when I put a Supercomp case in there the hook of the extractor touches the web but the rim doesn't come into contact with the extractor. Im having infrequent jams using Supercomp brass. I bought this gun used and the owner gave me Supercomp brass with it so I assumed it was set-up for supercomp. There stove pipe type jams. Thank You Jim

Is that the gun Adam used at the worlds or not? It doesn't look like a CZ85. It also doesn't look legal.

Confused? Vince says the gun Adam used was a CZ85 Combat. But the picture John Flentz has supplied looks like a SP-01. Am I wrong? Is that a picture of a CZ-85 Combat or a SP-01? Jim
