i just shoot 100y. POA POI with 124gr BBI with ave 985fps yesterday. 50yards same thing. i focus on my front sight close 1 eye. but my bad this is with CZ CTS LSP not ordinary shadow but it should be same. Not accu shadowed.

how do you calculate how high you need to aim? ballistic calculator? where you get BC for 9mm bullets?

it's DA/SA. i'm used to it as i shoot DA/SA in production.

i use 1.09 oal as it feeds smoother at this length also as i stack 23 rounds on my extended mag, shorter is more reliable for me. longer binds.

3.9 gr titegroup 1.09 oal MG 125 JHP still 130pf from spo1 shadow. and shooting soft and accurate.

yes should not remove factory safety of guns but CZ guns description and serial number is on its upper. so technically the upper is the gun. the lower doesn't indicate type or model of gun only serial number. but it is not necessary that uou have same serial number for upper and lower to be production compliant isn't it???

not looking to abuse. but i have a friend that has SP01 and like an SPO1 shadow and i have a spare shadow upper. I'm not sure if i put my upper to his lower and remove the FPB if it will be production compliant still.

What hammer spring you all using in your carry gun. Is 14lbs enough to detonate CCI primers? Or really has to be 15lbs?

the description of CZ guns are in the upper not lower. when we slap a shadow upper in Spo1 lower and remove the firing pin lifter, the gun is technically a shadow gun right? or it's still a SP01???

For my buddies 16 inch mecgar mags we put CZ extended basepad long and put CZC spring kit to load 23+1. For my 18 inch tube, i put CZC extended basepad short put the same CZC spring and follower kit and load 23+1 as well. 23+1 is reliable as long as you load short around 1.09 OAL.

As far as I know BurningSquirrels use CZ in 3 gun too

i remove mag when there's running but if dump area is in front of me i flick safety.

if you want absolute tuning and reliable still...send to Stuart. If you can accept tuned enough then get CZC hammer, 13lbs mainspring, 11lbs recoil spring and be ready with your files, sandpaper and understand all the parts that are rubbing each other and polish em. Just polish, do not remove so much material or else you'll start destroying parts.

the decocker is more challenging to tune the trigger. Shadow is the easiest and non-shadow with firing pin block is on the middle. 75shadow is your best bet in IDPA SSP. it has upswept beavertail, no firing pin block and get one with D type sear configuration not the thumbler. more selection of safety!

by that time, production A will be the new battleground here in ATL. Should be fun counting to 10 again!

Any idea on how to get a shorter mag release for CZ checkmate? Also any smaller safety like Sp01's?
