The Undefeated Club drops to one as New England slips by Indy. I thought the game was over when the Colts got the ball with three minutes left. I hope these officials don't work the playoffs! Respectfully, jkelly

14 Oct: Green Bay 17- Washington 14 18 Oct: New England 52 –Washington 7 A New England-Green Bay Super Bowl sounds good to me, well actually a New England-Any One Super Bowl would sound good to me. What do you think will result from New England's running up the score on several teams? Respectfully, jkelly

Patriots 8-0 at the Colts 7-0, It should be a good game. I think the Colts have an edge on defense. Respectfully, jkelly

I guess you might have been right. Respectfully, jkelly

I guess I’m in the minority, as I enjoy some pro-sports to some extent. I mean I wouldn’t want to go to a game, buy memorabilia, ask for an autograph and cannot understand why some fans fawn over the stars of the games. But I do enjoy following some pro-sports from a distance. I pretty much feel the same way about the shooting sports, but I have no problem with those who feel differently. Respectfully, jkelly

But I've moved just east of there. Respectfully, jkelly

There is a lot of animosity between the CAS shooters and non-CAS shooters in our club. Most of it is just personally conflicts. I always thought that shooting two SA handguns and a lever gun in competition would be a lot of fun. But CAS loses me with the dress up and role playing. At one match I stopped to listen to four CAS shooters, thinking I might pick up some insight into the sport or the match, and hearing four guys talking about thread count, material, collar cut and authentic period reproduction buttons. That coupled with having to remove a key ring off a coat rack in one stage and having to say “I don’t take no lip from no bar keep” in another stage, before shooting and all on the clock left me sort of cold towards CAS. I’m also a little leery of the safety rules regarding gun handling, reloading and how they are apparently interpreted at our club. Respectfully, jkelly

Some time between the end of the Pats game and 8:00pm last night I totally forgot about the Sox, until this morning at breakfast when I read the Boston Herald’s head line. Nice way to start a meal. You can’t get to much more east then where I live and still be in America. Respectfully, jkelly

New England 49 - Miami 28 What a freaky game! Respectfully, jkelly

Wow, 22 posts about the post season and not one pro Red-Sox. Sox have to be scared, except Manny of course, with the Rockies wining 21 of their last 22. Yet some how I still can’t get very interested. Respectfully, jkelly

Perhaps “slipped by” was not totally accurate. Respectfully, jkelly

The Undefeated Club drops to two as New England slips by Dallas. I didn’t watch much of the game but what I saw had Dallas putting a lot of pressure on Brady and New England unable to run the ball. Respectfully, jkelly

That's what you get for letting cars park on top of your police scooter while you're still riding it! I hope you're feeling better real soon Gary. You know I always feel a little embarrassed when I limp in front of you! Very Respectfully, jkelly

College football, that's like Pro-football but smaller and slower right? Respectfully, jkelly

2. Boston Red Sox $ 143,026,214 Don't forget the 50 million for permission just to talk to Massaka, Masuaaki, ahhh Dice-K. Respectfully, jkelly

Don’t even think that, as I dump salt over my shoulder with my left hand while knocking on wood with my right! Three of the next four opponents are 4-0 (maybe 5-0 as of tonight) at Dallas (with a short week), 3-1 Washington at home and 5-0 at Indy. Not looking good. Respectfully, jkelly

The Undefeated Club dropped down to 3 as Green Bay lost to what I thought was a poor Chicago team, I guess I’ll think again. I didn’t watch the game, how did Chicago beat Green Bay? The Patriots looked pretty bad against Cleveland on Sunday and this makes me worry about how well they can play against an undefeated Cowboy team. I haven’t seen Dallas play this year either, does Dallas have any weaknesses? Respectfully, jkelly

Texastactical, I understand the position you were in and that intent is often difficult or impossible to judge. You are a very experienced shooter/SO and as an inexperienced SO I’d like to understand the sequence of events that happened the day that you penalized the female shooter for dumping rounds. After seeing the first shooters dump rounds, in the same manor, did you warn the squad before penalizing the female shooter? How many shooters, in that squad, had you allowed to dump rounds (in that same manor) before penalizing the female shooter? Did you warn the following squads and/or did the same pattern of round dumping happen with other shooters or squads? As you and the MD agreed that the female shooter deserved a FTDR and you say that the whole squad shot the stage the same way, are there any plans to penalize the other shooters of that squad after the fact, ala Taran Butler, with FTDRs or DQs? I ask because the precedent has been set and you think they cheated. Respectfully, jkelly

The “Undefeated Club” stays at 4 as the Patriots move to 4-0 with a 34-13 win in Cincinnati. I only watched a little over 1/4 and Plamer looked great. Respectfully, jkelly

Well with the Steelers lost to Arizona the “Undefeated Club” is down to 4. It will be interesting to see if the Patriots join them. Cincinnati is 1-2, giving up about 32 points a game and with out the services of Rudi Johnson at running back. One might think that the Bengals couldn’t stop the Patriots offense and that with Rudi Johnson out that the Pats could focus more on Carson Palmer. This sounds like trap game2 of the season for the Pats. Respectfully, jkelly

The New England Patriots have looked very good this year but they haven’t played a real good team yet (San Diego is not a 14-2 team this year). I think the Patriots have Dallas, the Colts and the Steelers coming up. Two of those are away games, it’s a very tough schedule. Respectfully, jkelly

I think the reason for the Civil War was to insure that the Union was preserved. I don’t know what the rational for the Creation of WV was, perhaps they considered the Virginia State Legislatures to have ceased being the legitimate Legislature when it ceded from the Union. Respectfully, jkelly

In the early/mid eighties I had the choice of going to see Pavarotti, with an attractive young lady, or buying an Orvis fly rod and meeting some ex-coworkers in Maine to do some trout fishing. Pavarotti has died, the young lady is long gone but I still have the fly rod and the first Brookie taken on it that weekend. Respectfully, jkelly

Interesting, I shoot IDPA almost exclusively but find its stages much more “silly” then USPSA stages. They both are games of “who skin the cat the fastest” with different rules. Respectfully, jkelly

101) Assume the SO has a specific plan for how you are to shoot the stage. Reason: The SO will likely interpret the rules to require such. 102) Phrase questions so that answers will either be “Yes” or “No”. Reason: This leaves the SO less wiggle room for an “in retrospect” rule interpretation Respectfully, jkelly
