I am at a loss for words, at least words that won't be filtered out.
Someone stole the name ? Let that sink in for a minute.
They attempted to change the bylaws, again, but didn't because ?
Leighton tried to become President, (not really sure a coup d'état is accurate but maybe ? ) but didn't.
Replace Finance Committee member and the guy being added votes against it?
Clearly they talk to Troy about his behavior and then adjourn.
@Sarge, dysfunctional is being both generous and kind.

So for the "fine tuned powder puff loads" we usually go light bullets with fast powder.
The problem with some of the 100 gr bullets is they don't feed reliably in every gun. The coated lead 115 TC or RN profiles are much more forgiving.
To make the loads accurate, you need a powder that will meter well so you don't get too much variation.

Just when you think it can't get any worse -
We've had a President removed for similar behavior. Wonder how they will justify keeping Troy.
I'll send a note to my AD. If you think this was wrong you should too,

What is most interesting is the naming of the Board members as individuals.

The Everglades mounts come standard for the narrow frames but can easily be modified to work on a wide frame.
"Remove 0.040" from the frame mounting pad to center the scope mount on wide dust covers."

The only thing I've heard is in reference to magazine generations being 1 or 2 from STI.

@ZackJones A USPSA compliant LO gun would not really be at any disadvantage in Centerfire Open for SCSA so no real reason for it to be a new division.
Unless of course some gun mfg sponsored shooter needs a world champion title and then by all means, add it to the other 13 already there.

yes, it is worth it.
I actually prep 223 brass with a dedicated tool head and trim it off press using a Giraurd Trimmer. DO NOT USE ONE SHOT. Use Dillon or another lanolin based spray. Clean, trim, clean again, prime, inspect and it's ready for final load. Yes. I prime as a separate step.
I have no idea what headstamp I'm using when loading for 55gr FMJ-BT bullets. They are all sized and trimmed the same. The internal case volume will vary but for those , I'm not worried. 69 SMKs are a different story.
I tend to load the 55gr stuff on the shorter end. I don't recall off the top of my head but it's whatever Hornady calls for less 0.010". Then in a chamber checker gauge and into the ammo can.

I can't remember if BE ever did.

If there is one trick I have to getting mine to run flawless is making sure it is perfectly level.
That and clean. I had Stan at Radio Dust Covers make me a cover for it and that has made a huge difference too.

It is certainly an interesting design. Which pin does it replace ?

I was just wondering what, is a fair price for a # of powder? Something like h4350 or varget
Check PV - they show both in stock at $ 49 / pound.

Clubs have options. It will be up to them on what they do with those options.
Sponsors & Advertisers do too. How long before they are tired of this ?

I mean the dnroi himself was on video yelling at, and cussing out a father and son at a SCSA match due to the child being allergic to a substance in spray paint. Even told the father he and his doctor who diagnosed the child were wrong. IMO that should be enough to strip him of his position....... clearly there is and has been an agenda within the BOD, NROI and other staff.

Side note - there is a right way to do things and a wrong way. Troy seem to like doing things the wrong way. Stickers on the port-a-johns comes to mind.

LOL! Oh, the Org needs cash after the last couple of years losses. Somebody could probably buy SCSA pretty cheap in a couple of months.

The only way SCSA gets its own BoD is to be sold/bought from USPSA and unless the Org needs some cash, it probably won't happen.
I'm just not sure how much it would take and if they'd even listen.

Ehh the double standard has been going on since the beginning of time. This nor anything else people do except not renewing memberships en Mas will change it.
Actually, there is another way. Reach out to the advertisers in Front Sight and tell them as long as they support this org you won't support them. They can easily suspend or pause their ad for an issue or 2. If enough did it, it would make a difference.

I don't have a 650 to look at but many people who use a S1050 mount the feeder off-press. I don't see why you couldn't do the same as it is the same feeder. Check out the feed tube on the Rollsizer - you don't need a spring as the 2 points never move.
Rules Discussion: Holstered handgun while shooting Rimfire Pistol (8.1.8)
in Steel Challenge
Posted
Had this exact situation at yesterday's match. I asked the shooter which one he was shooting to clarify for scoring. Nothing else.
Personally, I don't think competitors should be allowed to walk around with holstered pistols when not under control of a RO but that's just me. If they made that a rule, I would not object. But it isn't so all good, just don't drop it.
Troy should know how the rules work and not be offering his opinion. Another reason he should not have the job.
