  1. My shoulder is pretty good right now, and I am not shooting the match anyway, so there may be What? You aren't shooting it? Thats a bummer. (I think) Doesn't affect you Steve, but I'm shooting production, so it's a blessing for me! What? You hung up the Open gun? Not permanently, but I'll be shooting production for the rest of this season.

  3. I see the match isn't very close to full. Is it in any danger of being canceled? I sincerely hope not, as the stages look fantastic.
  4. Doesn't sound like a good thing to keep in the range bag all day in 90 degree weather. LOL! It isn't chicken and it isn't a biscuit, it's a chicken flavored cracker. I love those things, but my ex-wife, who was a chicken fiend, hated them. Go figure! OH! Okay! Ever since I've read his post I've been craving a piece of fried chicken in a biscuit!

  6. Certainly should. You shoot be classified as of the July update.
  7. Ok, what's your member number? I've never seen the system give anyone a classification after shooting one classifier. You are correct. I just checked my # and it still shows unclasiffied. The one I did was last week so I don't think they have input it yet. I am shown as a A class shooter on the local results. Sorry for any mis information. Must me a mistake on the part of your club's scorekeeper. You are a U shooter until you shoot at least 4 classifiers.
  8. Like water. Spot on 4.6gr with every pull of the handle.
  9. Ok, what's your member number? I've never seen the system give anyone a classification after shooting one classifier. That's because they don't. Bingo. Just wanted to see what he's seeing to try and figure out what in the world he's talking about.

  11. Well at least if it needs a new trigger assembly that's a $13 fix. Thanks for the input.
  12. Thanks for the instructions! Too bad I already gave the RAM away when it seemed to cause more problems than it solved for me. I sincerely hope I don't have to get rid of the RAM. The reset is awful without it.
  13. Ok, well I'v got the hopper full of IMR7625 and the bullet feeder is loaded with MTG 124 CMJ. 4.6gr at 1.140". Give it a shot.
  14. I really, really like IMR SR 7625. Nice and soft compared to TG and WSF and super accurate with MG 124gr CMJs. Found my powder, thanks Red Ryder!
  15. I plan on mailing them soon. Should be this week. Will they be posted? The major match payout matrix is listed on the York site. Pretty easy to look at that and then look at the results to figure out if you won any cash. I understand that, just not sure how I fell in being a U shooter. If they make me a D shooter that means I got third in D. U means U at most any match so usually no payout. Unless you finish top 3 in the division.
  16. It failed to reset no matter where I held my finger after the shot, and when I totally let go of the trigger after the shot. Wasn't a sweet spot issue. As far as the rest of your post regarding bending things, not gonna happen. I don't have the skill. I have a new sear housing block on the way with the larger sear spring and plunger. I'm hoping that solves the issue.
  17. They told it would take two weeks. I'd rather not miss 3 matches. So I'm going to buy a replacement housing and once it's installed send mine to Apex for the modification and keep it as a backup.
  18. I HATE shooting the competition AEK without the RAM. The reset is horrible. I think I'm on the right track to taking care of this. Found someone selling sear housings with the larger sear spring and plunger. Should be good to go once I get that in the gun.

  20. Brownell's is showing out of stock on the sear block assembly. Anyone that you know of have them in stock? I'd much rather replace the sear housing with a new one and be done with it rather than send mine out and wait. I have a match Sunday and know that there's no way I'd get it out, modified, and back to me in time. Check Speed Shooters Specialties. A.T. Will do, thanks.

  22. You've had the M&P for only two weeks. Don't give up on it. A.T. Exactly. If I would have got a year or so of use out of it then developed issues, it wouldn't sting as bad. Having problems right off the bat after switching platforms is no fun. I have emails out to Apex and SSS. I'm hoping that having the sear block modified to use the new larger diameter sear plunger and spring will solve the issue, and I'm hoping that one of the two companies can do the job quickly.
  23. I'm starting to regret moving from Glock to an M&P. Never had issues with Glocks. Thanks for the input guys.
