Here's one of my carry guns (without the light)
I don't think there are any factory guns (carry) offered in 38SC.

If you have both, get a holster for the Edge. I use my Edge holster for my other 5" 2011.

What type of holster? Some might not work due to the square trigger guard.

9mm due to cost of brass. Powder selection and pressure are non issues with minor.
+1. Since you only need minor PF.

EDIT: It will be interesting to see if the rumored Glock 41 really is a long barrel .45 like the Glock 34/25 pistols.
No cutout on the slide top.

Hey guys, can anyone give me detailed info on the barrel that is in Ken Birds pistol? I am going to send the M&P to Salient for trigger work but, thats it. I will mess with the slide on a mill but, I really like that barrel.
Can anyone give me info on it?
Thanks
IIRC, its just a KKM that he had coated.

G17, could you provide some pics of where the washer is located that you use to get rid of some pre and over travel. I still can't picture it in my mind. I have the Vanek classic grand master in my 34 gen4, I have adjusted the pre travel as far as I can but there is still about 1/4 or so of pretravel. I am happy with the overtravel.

Go to #15, it should be similar to removing take up, but at the other end.

10-8 Performance just announced, but is not quite shipping, a new (polymer/fiberglass) magwell, and extended base pads.
I actually have a pre-production prototype of the magwell because I am sponsored by 10-8. I am a newbie to M&P's(coming from 1911's and Glock's), but the magwell does an awesome job at fixing one of my main complaints of the platform in comparison to Glock. Between the magwell and his base pads that he will be releasing, it is a huge improvement over stock config.
Bobby, you know you want my M&P instead of the one you got. LOL.

According to the book I read "Glock's in Competition" The reasoning for this is to improve the trigger pull only. If you look at you slide when you pull the trigger it jumps a bit when you pull the trigger. This will take some of the jump out of it and give you better pull. I have done it to mine per the instructions in the book and it does make a difference. It's not for the faint of heart as your hitting you slide with a hammer. Hope this helps.
I haven't read the book, but I did this on one of my G34s years ago.

When I ran mine, I swapped out the ejector for a 9mm, and ran an 11# recoil spring on a tungsten rod. No functional issues.

Just do it. Can always get another grip if you mess it up.

Can't be done, breech face is too big on the 45 for a 9mm to fit.

You can do it yourself, if you are capable.
There are 2 ways to do it.
1. Narrow the trigger shoe/base to fit the grip.
2. Open up the grip to fit the trigger.
I always do #2.

Sold out in less than an hour. When I checked when the email came in, they had 36, so I'm guessing they may have had 50 or so.

He was having FTFeeds if he had a high grip and makes contact with the slide.
If he doesn't have the parts, we'll probably swap guns when he picks up his Eagle from me.

I use the 10-8 Modular Rear Sight (MRS) as a BoMar replacement
Harrison and I think Jardine have replacement sights as well.
