I had a gun do this to me once. turned out I had a squib that got shot out by the next bullet but it bulged the barrel first witch because the barrel had a rib from front sight to the frame the barrel bent down causing 4 inch low hits. the bulge being in the millde of the barrel almost did not effect accuracy at all. I sure hope this is not what you did. Good luck.

The real question here is, Did Smith and Wesson make a N frame bobbed hammer in the last 100+ years? And then does frame size matter as i have a K frame factory bobbed. yes to both of these questions would include bobbed hammer into production with out question. James

Could be...............anything Traditionally, shooting right means not enough leverage on the trigger and is "cured" by putting more of the finger through the trigger guard. Do you shoot farther right as you go through a longer course? Do you move right as you try to pull the trigger faster? If you are just starting out with revolver, it may be your hand/finger strength just hasn't caught up yet. It will. This is where a super light double action trigger would initially help. That is just one answer. There are many others. Eye problem (astigmatism/wandering dominance)? Loose rear sight? From Oklahoma? According to Bubber, you are only allowed 2 (I guess it is now 3/Bubber has only let me have 2) excuses per match. And yes, if you are shooting revolver, professional help is in order

Ever try to put a cat in bucket of water? Wobble factor is everything! Consistantly fast is the goal. If your good enough to to be consistant with a high wobble factor don't worry. Same with your holder, if you never grab at an empty holder or never grab two at once and a long lift doesn't slow you down, don't worry you don't need new equipment. Just remember we've all seen matches decided by the amount of time it takes to recover from a bad reload. Oh by the way I lost one inch af accuracy at 25 yards and close to 3 at 50 using shorts, no change in accuracy between 357,38,and long. See you at a range. James

I stand corrected guys, both of these characters are running legitimate companies gunsmithing, with there work equalling each others, logistics might be the best answer as to who should tune your gun.

A year or so back one of the said parties lobbed against anyone making and selling a non-patentable idea, except for one great guy. Other said party puts food on his table, roof over head, medical and retirement benifits, Gunsmithing. As a small busness onwer myself I know who's getting my business.

Sam thanks for the slot,but really how would that look taking a free slot at a fund raising match, especially one for kids. Tell you what sounds like plenty of guns will be availible for those that don't have a revolver, I'll send you 5 moonclip servers, for those who need other moonclip gear, not moonclip specific, holds 6, left right reversable. It is true I'm shy, but I would rather have you guys just think I'm an idiot than open my mouth and prove it to you all. I do want to thank you for the kudos though. Thank you to all my fellow shooters also. Here's to all.

Ah here we go again! Words like "works great" or "seems" or "prints well". What is the gun and what is the load and what are your groups at what range? Seems to be an easy question to understand. 627 38 super, 151 rainer 38 super bullet, 3.5 Tite group 2.5 in group off sand bag at 50 yards. I've tried a lot of different loads in my 627 357s and the 151 38 super bullet over 4.5 Tite Group is about the best with groups that are from 3.5 to 5 inches. You guys just don't want to eliminate the gun for bad scores do you.

Which ever method, use your eyes, look at the cylinder release, look at the ejector rod, look at your new moon clip, grab the new moon with your pointer finger between two bullets, look at the triangle on the edge of the cylinder just between two holes and aim your finger at it. Constistance was a real problem until I stared doing this. Good Luck and lots of practice James.

TonyT I own a 327 JM I don't think felt recoil is over 140 pf. shooting 120 pf. loads compared with my 627 38 super at 125 pf. Recoil is snappier and higher but it all happens quicker. The main thing I like about it, is that the fraction second after recoil the sights come down and stop giving me alot of confidence in the following shot. In comparison my my 38 super 5in heavy lug, the sight bounce two or three times before they finally settle. As to the gun I've been shooting speed steel every month for over a year lots of times in two class and the frame appears un harmed and the ti cylinder is definetly out lasting any steel or stainless I have.
