  1. Blazer makes both Aluminum and Brass cased ammo. In fact, the brass stuff is actually pretty decent quality for reloading. +1 on the One Shot.
  2. On my 650 I'm using the following: 1-EGW/Lee U sizing die 2-Dillon powder die (included with press) 3-Dillon powder check die 4-Redding Competition Seater (probably overkill) 5-Lee Factory Crimp Die
  3. I almost forgot this excellent link. It discusses how to retrograde your new powder measure to the old, dual-spring style. http://www.ericwesselman.com/DillonPowderMeasure/ I did this to my two powder measures and it has made a major difference in smoothing things out.
  4. Check in this thread: http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?...+powder+measure It discusses Dillon's change to the return system of the powder bars. Call up Dillon and ask for some of the old springs. They'll send them out to you. It really helps to smooth things out.
  5. There is. It's called a Motion to Dismiss (or Demurrer in some jurisdictions) and Discovery. That's basically what happened here. The wheels of justice are slow but steady. It's not like on "Law and Order." The article indicated that the trial judge had yet to rule whether the plaintiff had to pay attorney's fees. I hope that he does have to pay.
  6. The system worked as it should with the "gatekeeper" (the judge) filtering out the crap. This was clearly crap. That admin. law judge is a disgrace to the profession. I hope the state bar takes a long look at this one.
  7. Remember this golden rule of Ebay: "There will always be another one." With patience you can still find decent deals there. I prefer the GB system that extends the auction with later bids. This is a great deterrent to sniping.
  8. Safety glasses ALWAYS. I hang them on the machine or place them in the bullet tray so they are always there.
  9. Here's my humble reloading abode in the garage:
  10. I've got the BIG Dillon tumbler. It handles large jobs and is surprisingly quiet. The big media separator is great too.
  11. Money talks! You bombard the Sheriff with enough BS, he'll cave in. He's probably happy to get that skank out of there.
  12. Another vote for Powder Valley. I believe that is where your powder gets shipped from if you order from Midway - might as well order direct. They'll also save you on the HAZMAT charges by packing up the primers and powder into one box. I had 10k primers and 16 pounds of powder come the other day. (tough one to explain when it arrived at the office! )
