  1. 10 rounds max. Larger mags are OK as long as they're blocked to 10.
  2. We're using a stage that is 10 round neutral. 06-13 Crash or Burn.
  3. Inaugural 2015 Waterloo 3 Gun Championship We're proud to announce the first 3 Gun match held at the Waterloo Rifle & Pistol Club in Waterloo, NY. This will be a one day match held on Saturday August 8th at 9:00am consisting of 5 stages. One of the stages will be a 3 GUN NATION classifier stage (compare yourselves to other 3 gunners across the nation!). We are planning to have a Jungle Run and a stage where we'll be able to engage targets out to 200yds. Match fee is $55 which includes lunch! Registration can be done online here: Waterloo 3GUN Divisions recognized at this match will be: Tactical Optics (Practical) Limited (Factory) Open (Unlimited) Heavy Metal
  4. This match was run last year and we saw rifles that were made compliant (Thordsen stocks, hammer grips, etc.) and regular full featured rifles. Assumed the full featured rifles were registered.
  5. You can bring in an AR-15 as long as it is compliant with NY law (which means the rifle doesn't have any "evil" features on it). The law is ridiculous.
  6. Is this the right recoil spring?: http://www.brownells.com/shotgun-parts/receiver-action-parts/recoil-spring-parts/recoil-springs/recoil-spring-standard-after-s-n-m293830-prod6248.aspx?avs|Make_3=Benelli And they list two carrier springs that both say they fit the M2. Which one is the correct one? http://www.brownells.com/shotgun-parts/trigger-group-parts/carrier-parts/carrier-springs/carrier-spring-prod23569.aspx?aid=27795&source=ir&cm_mmc=affiliate-_-Itwine-_-IR-_-59979 OR http://www.brownells.com/shotgun-parts/trigger-group-parts/carrier-parts/carrier-springs/carrier-spring-sku301000041-6193-15319.aspx
  7. Would there ever be a need to replace the whole Recoil Spring Tube assembly? Or is that recoil spring in there good forever (I never hear of anyone changing this)?
  8. rboyes, can you put a red circle in your picture where you reduced the size of the step and polished? I have no idea what I'm looking at in that picture. Also, is thee a video anywhere on how to change out the carrier spring on an M2? Thanks.
  9. How is trimming 300 Blackout brass more stressful than trimming .223 brass?
  10. What's the difference between using a RT1200 trimmer to make 300 Blackout brass as opposed to using a RT1500 trimmer?
  11. 12. Would you have a pic of this area?
  13. I don't have the stock carrier. The M2 has been in this configuration since I purchased it.
  14. Is there a picture somewhere that shows exactly where I'd need to file? Love to post a pic of the jam but it only seems to happen during matches. I'd guess the bolt is all the way back when it jams but not sure. Would there be any other springs I'd need to change besides the carrier spring? Isn't there one in the stock somewhere (tried to research this but can't find anything on Brownells but carrier and mags springs).
  15. During shooting at matches the bolt holds open (with the round visible in the port), I give the bolt a little nudge and it chambers and fires fine. Does this 1 out of every 30 rounds. Frustratingly wasting time bumping the bolt forward at matches. I used to be able to change the mag spring and it would fix the issue. This no longer solves the problem. The M2 has about 2000 rounds on it, C-Rums welded lifter, never changed any other spring on it (besides mag spring). Oiling the heck out of it sometimes helps but the problem creeps back. Help. Thanks.
  16. I saw that email but it does not tell what time the mandatory shooter's meeting starts.
  17. What time is the mandatory shooter's meeting at the match hotel on Wednesday the 17th?
  18. I use CBC brass for practice, no reason to throw it away. Definitely would not use them for "match day" loads.
  19. What are those bags in your powder tubes?
  20. #4 on the wait list. :-( Is that a good chance of getting in?
  21. I'd like to know the answer to this one as well... EDIT: Answered my own question per new rule book: 8.2.1.3. SSP Permitted Modifications (Inclusive list): 8.2.1.3.4. Recoil spring guide rods and dual spring recoil systems made of material that is no heavier than stainless steel. So steel guide rod is GTG.
  22. Two questions: What's 1 on 1 off mean? And in Tac Optics is there any limit to mag size or number of rounds?
