Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. 147 Blue Bullet 2.9gr N320 1.1050 - 1.1100 OAL 880fps = 128pf-129pf
  2. The law of diminishing returns! Even within Carry Optics a $500 gun is at a disadvantage against the Shadow 2s with custom trigger work, lightened striker, thumb rest, and tuned ammo. If we keep going this way we're gonna make new divisions depending if you reload or not, or how big your optic is lol
  3. I've been thinking about the whole Carry Optics vs. Limited debate and honestly, merging them doesn't seem like a bad idea. When you get down to it, the difference between SA and DA guns, especially with optics in the mix, isn't huge. It's all about finding that edge within the rules, right? About the dominance of 2011s, it's just how competitive sports roll. If a gun is giving shooters an edge, naturally, everyone's gonna gravitate towards it. Putting up barriers just because one model outshines others seems a bit backward. It's like saying, "This car's too fast, let's ban it" in racing. Instead, shouldn't we be encouraging all the gun makers to step up their game? Innovation is key, we already have Open division for those super optic mounted/comped guns. PSCL doesn't distinct between DA and SA guns. Merging the divisions could also make things simpler for new shooters. Less confusion about where to start or what gear they need could mean more folks joining the fun.
  4. Have you tried closer to 125pf? I keep reading the gun comes out with perfect-zero for factory ammo (135ish). Wondering if I reload closer to 125, how will the gun return.
  5. Moving aside the major vs minor argument. - Do SA guns have a significant advantage over DA guns in USPSA?
  6. Poll Options: Retention as a Separate Division: Limited Optics will become a permanent, standalone division, maintaining its unique rules and identity separate from other divisions. Discontinuation of the Division: The Limited Optics division will be discontinued after the provisional period, with no integration of its rules or characteristics into existing divisions. Merger with Carry Optics: Limited Optics will merge with the Carry Optics division, combining elements of both divisions into a single, unified category. Do you believe that USPSA currently has too many divisions, and how do you think this impacts the sport and the introduction of divisions like Limited Optics? If you had the opportunity to give direct feedback to the USPSA board about the Limited Optics division, what would you say?

    160 grn

I read on instagram that Tyler Meisenheimer (TurboManFlex) uses 160gr bullets. Wondering how many grains of something like N320 youd need to make power factor
  8. Max mentioned on the SuperVel video of his ammo Video That he uses the 70locker with the 90%SCS. The only scs I find with 90% is the one for the AR15 on JPRifle website. (JPSCS-SPRING15-90: 1 side green), is this the one he is using?
  9. I saw a video on JP Rifles YouTube channel that says the higher lock pieces 90, 100+ are for steel challenge, light loads. They also say the 70 lock piece is ideal for competition (USPSA) because it recoils less. Isn't that contradictory? I would imagine steel challenge guns have less recoil.
  10. Looking forward to your comparison, was also looking to get some super vel after watching max video
  11. Confused and looking for help: If the 70 lock piece provides lower recoil than the 80 lock piece, why does JP recommends the 100-120 lock piece for Steel challenge to get a closer feeling to rimfire rifles?
