JRC bolt gets stuck

New to me JR Carbine's bolt gets stuck after firing couple of rounds. It gets stuck in the middle of it's travel and it takes huge amount of force to even move it. 

After I dissemble the uper, take the bolt out, put more lube- it is tight but slides back and forth fine. After reassembly- same thing. Couple of rounds and stop. 

Previous owner, who I trust, said he never had any issues with it. 

Any ideas?

They're pretty tight clearances, try some lapping compound to smooth things out. I polished my BCG.

Instructions say do not lube bolt.

I've had mine for a couple of years and never lubed the bolt ever and runs perfectly. I'm guessing I've got 3k rounds through it that way.

Also check to see if tail end of extractor is rubbing inside of receiver. I had to trim one down with a file.

I have a Gen3 JRC, got it about a month ago and sometimes have had this problem.   My instructions say to "Lubricate them (bolt, bolt extension, receiver, and ejector plate) with Slip 2000 EWL prior to reassembly."   I've been overdoing it (drenching with EWL) and will now try a lot less of it per mscott's advice.   Also will lap and polish the next time I have it apart; thank you UFO.

I loved my JRC. I did lightly lube mine. Within the last 4 months, 3 shooters at my club have all had failure to feed issues. The round nose dives into the top of the barrel.
