TCKev
Thanks. I kinda thought 10' was where I needed to be at. Was just curious of what was done at major matches.
Jman
I had a F1 Shooting Chrony once that really loved a 12' distance, being used in the shade and during the day. YMMV. Jim
anoshoot
Mine is 10 - 12 feet from the muzzle, it's in a box with lighting so the light is always the same

Jim I had an F1 once before I put it out of my misery. Now it is a CED at about 9-10' and it has a crease above 1 eyebrow/sunshade.
BSeevers
Thanks. I kinda thought 10' was where I needed to be at. Was just curious of what was done at major matches. Watch out, at majors there are usually 2 chronos in a row so account for that extra 3 feet!! Seriously load with a cushion cause there are many other variables and in Prod you shoot for NO score if you go sub minor. Going minor in other divisions is usually 5-10% drop in the standings.
