Rolex
Changed over from loading .9mm to .45. Cleaned machine, installed all the parts for the loading of .45, right from the get go I have crushed and or upside down primers! Check everything-nothing is out of wack! Just the day before I loaded 500RDS of .45 using WLP and the same Zero 230FMJ. Could be bad brass, or maybe the Wolf's have a larger out side dia. Any one have this type of problem before? PS: out of 100 primers had 25 that had to be pulled!

dillon
On the cases with crushed primers, what is the headstamp? Be sure the red magazine tip is correctly installed; it should almost touch the top of the white primer retaining pin when in correctly. When you changed primer sizes, did you swap out the primer slides, or exchange the cup & punch on the end of the slide? We recommend the former;if you did the latter, be sure the primer cup & punch are fully seated. measuring from the underside of the primer slide to the top of the cup should be 1.215"-1.220"
