Which, If Any, Video Provides Movement

I am determined to learn how to move better over the winter, specifically entering and exiting boxes. Are there any videos out there (Matt's #4 or Avery's perhaps) that provide any insight and video of how it's properly done?

I have Avery's entire set and there is nothing in the series about movement. Not much help, but at least you can rule it out.

Matt B's original set of three has some excellent stuff about movement.

I'd bet that at least one of the Burner's tapes has some good movement stuff too, but I've never seen them because they cost too much.

Bill, you stated my intermediate term goal verbatim. I've simply got to learn to move more efficiently. And, I still don't know where get the instruction either.

All 4 of Burkett's are required training aids for the serious ipsc shooter!

The GM footage on 4 alone is worth the price of admission.

And...you'll understand movement better if you think of standing still as a last resort, as opposed to a normal state. (hey...just like Kalifornia )
