CHA-LEE
Why even worry about it? You can't easily order the EAA/Tanfoglio factory recoil springs so everyone in the US uses Wolff springs. Get the Wolff 10, 11, and 12lb recoil springs and try each one to see how it shoots for you. Henning even makes a 10.75lb recoil spring that works really well when shooting .40 Major power factor loads. But in the end it comes down to which recoil spring is balanced to your grip and the round you are shooting, so individual testing is needed.
