pevadijk
I want a smaller magwell on my Edge and the magwells from SVI look tempting. But I have 4 mags with Dawson +1 'wedge' pads, will these work with the SVI magwell?
smokshwn
They should work fine with the wedge pads.

Fireant
HMMM, I had to grind on my basepads and on the magwell of mine. I guess it just depends.

I had the STI Stainless Steel magwell, same size as the STI aluminum, on my EDGE and STI 126mm mags with Dawson International (wedge) pads fit without any problem. They also fit the IPSC Standard box.
Bear23
140mm mags will work. You may have to grind a little bit on the upper edges.
pevadijk
I had the STI Stainless Steel magwell, same size as the STI aluminum, on my EDGE and STI 126mm mags with Dawson International (wedge) pads fit without any problem. They also fit the IPSC Standard box.My Edge came with the stock aluminum magwell, but I have fairly large hands and I don't like the way the magwell pushes my hand.I now run a plastic Krebs magwell and it fits me perfectly, but the stainless version is no longer available, so I need to find something else. But it seems that magwell only come in 'big' and 'huge' and that's not what I like. Hmm, maybe I should use my gun without the magwell....... splashdown
I've had STI and SV magwells, both in stainless. The SV is smaller and I like it better for both how my grip feels as well as hitting reloads.
