boz1911
My 550 is also a little erratic in my cold garage also. It's like me takes a little while to get going!
dillon
Need more information. Specifically, what feeding problems on each machine? What calibers? Cold in and of itself won't afect primer feeding.
cnjaxx
Thanks for the help, but I think that the problem is solved. I was using CCI primers, and they didn't want to load up right. They were flipping, and turning sideways, or not loading at all. As soon as I switched to Winchester primers, the problem went away. Has anyone else had this type of problem? Joe4d
Raise your ram, turn your head upside down and look at the bottom of the chute that catches the spent primers. The little tray that flips u and down. Occasionally a spent primer or primer residue will lodge in one of the cracks and stick out the bottom. when the primer feeder moves forward the debris catches the primer and turns it sideways or upside down.
