"All right. You, your turn." Completely flustered, the busted student fumbles through the exam. The sympathetic patient, a grandmotherly sort, tries to calm him down, "Its alright, dearie, I guess you haven't done this before?" "Uh, no. At least not professionally..." This really did happen. Me: Yes (duh) Attending: There you have a positive emersonbiguns sign. Me: Huh? Attending: You can see the shadow of rather large breasts on this female patient.
