PHolsted
I have carried the Kel-Tec 32 as my back up gun for about 3 maybe 4 years now. Shot a few BUG matches with and it has always been reliable. One day me and another guy in my club were on the falling plate range and giving each other a hard time about how we could do it better so I pulled out the 32 and hit a 6" plate 10 yards first shot..... He draws his and does the same. We back up to 15 yards both us hit our plates with the first shot.... back up to 20............... and well it took us both a mag or two to hit our plates but we did.... It has been a great gun. My main carry gun had been an XD sub compact in an blackhawk IWB holster but just a few months ago I got the Kel Tek PF9.... it is not a pocket gun! At least not for me and I am a big guy. But It is so much easier and comfortable to carry than the XD!
Hi-Power Jack
I've searched and really couldn't find an answer. I'm looking for a non revolver pocket carry gun and was thinking about one of the 9mm versions of the Kel-Tec. Does anybody carry one of these that way and is it a good choice for that? If not what can you recommend? remember no revolvers please. I carry a KelTec P-11 9mm loaded with +P+ loads (eleven rounds). Very light, very small, put it in my pocket (in a leather pocket holster) everyday. I'm not big, and have never been "made" that I know of (maybe some local cops have noticed and not said anything?). Only problem with the gun is the trigger pull - it really sucks big time. But you can't beat the gun. If I don't think I need a gun one day, I carry the KelTec. If I think I might need a gun, I'll carry the KelTec and either my Browning Hi-Power or my Colt 80 .45. But, I carry the P-11 everyday.
