JThompson
I have both the 140-170mm STI mags. I found that loading 500-600 rounds in a session is giving me some major thumb/joint issues. Do any of you use a speed loader to help with this? If so, what kind and model #? Even if you don't use one, if you could point a good one out I would be much oblidged. dirtypool40
That seems like a lot of shooting for one session dude. I got the habit of dry firing, then ladoing mags the night before, then there's damned little loading at the range.
kmca
I've been using the Uplula loader for a couple of weeks. I love it! I thought I lost it last weekend and I almost had a breakdown. I think I better buy a spare.

PJBAD
I've been using the Uplula since seeing it at the SHOT Show. Nothing I've tried works better. They seem to be hard to come by lately. Not enough being shipped. It's worth looking for.

taxlawmax
I spoke with someone at STI, and it sounds like they really dig the Uplula they got at the SHOT show.

XRe
Never used the Uplula... I just have about three or four different ways to load rounds, and I switch between them during large practice sessions to reduce fatigue in the hands... No magic, really. When I get it is if I've emptied all the mags, and need to reload all of them... that's 120-ish rounds to load up in one shot...
Berzerker
+1 on the uplula it may not be so much faster than loading by hand, but those last rounds are a lot easier! It's comfort is it's real bonus. also not being caliber/clip specific is a great plus. I also thought I lost mine, and thought of ordering 2 other ones, but I luckely found it back. Now it's attached to my rig. Still thinking of getting that spare

It's kind of like the sport... wait wait wait then go like a bat and wait some more.
