Merlin Orr
I have a 1911 I wish to shoot in ESP division. Wooden grip with grip tape. Is it OK to relieve an area of the grip to help facilitate reaching the mag release more easily? i.e.: dremel a grooved area in the grip.

Aircooled6racer
Hello: That's why Merlin and I are in that class or is that no class. Just kidding, maybe not. Merlin I have some grips that have been cut in a mill with that relief cut you can look at if you want. I used a 3/4 diameter end mill. Thanks Eric
Fireant
Hey, I mentioned it only because I shoot a modded up STI Eagle with 140ish PF ammo in ESP. Or my trojan in .40 when I feel 9+1 might be good that day

Joe D
Gman, I have several stages ready for you at our State Match. All are 18 rounders. Thought I would make them 1911 friendly.
