shred
FWIW, I converted this from a scan CenTX sent me a few months ago (no idea what route it took after that to get back here), so thank him for hanging onto it and blame me for the conversion errors. Alan Meek
I had a contributor to the unofficial IPSC mailing list send it to me a couple of months ago. Alan
Front Man
Awesome stuff guy's! I followed Practical shooting long before I started competing. Had to get the motorcycles out of the way first. FM
Carmoney
Cool! I believe that was the original set of guidelines drafted by the late great Jeff Cooper which led to the historic Columbia Conference and the formation of IPSC.
CenTX
Glad people have enjoyed the article. I think Karl Rehn of KR Training was the one who originally asked me to scan it. Thank Shred for converting it to PDF and making it easy to post. I have a bunch of stuff from the "early days". I'll take some pictures and post them of my early electronic hearing protectors, practice timer (you set it with dip switches) and match timers from the late 70s or early 80s. Tim James
Cool article, but was anyone else wondering if that introduction was written by Ayn Rand?
Flexmoney
...anyone else wondering if that introduction was written by Ayn Rand? You know...I never read ANY Ayn Rand before I came to this forum. If this forum has done nothing else for me...
