I have a CT permit which I got by having a PA pistol permit. They may not allow you to carry based on a FL permit but you might be able to get a CT permit based on a FL permit. I currently have permits in NY, CT, PA, and FL just for the times I do travel and these cover quite a few states. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Select CT, and look at the section related to issuing Non-Resident Permits. From what I can see you should be able to qualify.
