Yaquina Posted May 6, 2002 Share Posted May 6, 2002 I think my STI Edge .40 came with a 14 lb. recoil spring, some friend say I need a heavier spring so I don't beat up the gun, but it seems like a lot of people use a lighter spring. I have been accused of having way too much money to spend , and not wanting to disappoint, I bought a 11, 12 and 13lb spring set for my STI Edge. I decided I like the 11 but thats just me.
