Keith Dilworth
Has anyone heard when Caspian will have high cap 40 mags available? Keith

Front Man
Got to make your own. And I guess it's not that hard. TT knows how to do it. I think that info is on Max Michael's forum in the TT section. I think it's worth doing. If I were young and such, that is what I'd build! FM
Loves2Shoot
I have tubes and base pads if you want to go that way I would sell cheap. They work, just not the quality of the mags TT has. They have 3 different HI-cap frames and are trying to make 1 mag to work in them all I'm told.
jjanglin
You all can contact EAA and get the TZ mags 741566111266 101940 EA 40m 2005 = and go to Brownells and get the TZ pad for the 45 made by CPMI. You'll need to take off the bottom of the pad a little to make them legal. They will hold 19 rounds real easy. the TZ mags are good quality and not epensive. The ones TT uses arent available in the states. Stay out of the mags with a dremel tool= Use a piece of target lathe cut off about a foot long polish it with sand paper and then wrap differant grits of sanpaper or emory cloath and tape it in place and polish the inside of the mag with and in and out motion, I use 320 to 1500 grit paper. I also use gramms STI spring and follower kits in them. Jim anglin Sailors
dirtypool40
A ray of hope.... At the Nats I grabbed TT and spoke to the folks at SPS about making tubes and complete mags for the caspian. We are sending them a mag to see if they can copy it. The details are in the feed lips. I told them we need .40 tubes in 140 and "standard" length, and .38 / 9mm tubes in 140 and 170 length. Keep your fingers crossed. T....get me that mag.
dirtypool40
Guys, ok, thread bump.... I need some help from the no BS CASPIAN users. How much actual interest is there in new mags and guns? I am trying to put together a run of Caspian mags and tubes. I know this has been asked before, but how many serious mag BUYERS are there out there. Please, grab every Caspian guy you know and have them email me. If there really is demand, I am pretty sure we can get it done. dirtypool40@yahoo.com
EricW
I'd buy two Caspian hi-cap short blocks tomorrow ....if..... there were mags. I'd carry one and race the other. Obviously, I'd be buying a corresponding # of mags.
sfinney
Like Eric said, to paraphrase: build it and they will come. This is kind of a "chicken and egg" issue.... not many Caspian shooters out there because mags aren't available... but if mags were available, we'd have more Caspian shooters. Put me down for 8 or so .40 140mm mags, that work and hold 20 rounds+ (not doctored up Promags made of tin foil) and I'll build the dang gun to go with them.
