Should you feel the need to whine, bring $100 cash to the Match Director and you will be allowed five full minutes of uninterrupted whine. Should the Match Director choke or shoot you prior to the end of your allotted five minutes, a partial refund will be given. Reduce the fee to $50, appoint a dedicated Match Somelier (in charge of all the whines) and remove the substantial penalties.
