betterment
So I bought 8000 rounds of 165 grain before realizing most people use 180 grain to make major...whoops. For those people who do use 165 grain bullets I see alot of them use Tite Group. This is the powder I would like to stick with, but I am open to other powders. So if possible give me what you guys use to make major PF with a 165 gr bullet and if you happen to know the actual pr or fps that would be great too. Thanks, Phil
Putty
If it is a warm day I can make 165 pf with 4.7 grn TG. Going to go to the 180 grn here shortly. I would use the VV320 powder as I hear it is real clean and softer but the price is substantially higher than TG
Sixgun
For a 172 pf... 165 grain Zero, 5.0 grains of Titegroup, mixed brass, CCI primer, OAL is 1.145". Works in my gun, work up slowly in yours. I'd start around 4.5 and work up. Ray
SBR7_11
Keep the 165gr and Titegroup loads coming... I may be aquiring a G-22 in trade, and need advice on typical ball park loading for use with the Glock... Seems 180 loads are all over, just not much for the 165's. We'll be using the ZERO FP, run them through subgun also.. Have played with Titegroup in 9mm and 124gr Ranier.

BigDave
It has been a couple of years, but 5.0 gr of TG @ 1.190" OAL made major in in 5" SV. I really, really liked the slide action with that load.
