BritinUSA
A handgun in it’s ready condition (See Section 8.1), but unloaded and with an empty magazine inserted, must fit wholly within the confines of a box which has internal dimensions of 225mm x 150mm x 45mm (tolerance of +1 mm, -0 mm). Note that all magazines must comply, failing which Rule 6.2.5.1 will apply.
Caspian_45
In American measurements. They are 8 3/4 long x 5 7/8 wide x 1 5/8 deep inches. You're very welcome. Edited April 25, 2006 by Caspian_45

Pierruiggi
Caspian, I think those measurements in inches are wrong. If 1 inch = 25.4mm, then 8 3/4 inches = 222.25mm, for example.
JasonK
225mm x 150mm x 45mm 8.858in x 5.905in x 1.771in 8 55/64in x 5 29/32in x 1 49/64in Are those numbers close enough for you? BTW, I hope you have a SAE machinist's rule.

BTW, I hope you have a SAE machinist's rule. Actually, they mean nothing to me, as I'm used to using millimeters (we use the metric system). However, those tiny little differences WILL put you in open division if your gun exceeds them. So, no need to be that twitchy...
