Do Wwb .40 165 Gr Crono As Major?

Sorry if this is not the correct area to ask this, but I was wondering if the WWB .40 S&W 165 gr FMJ rounds will make Major PF. Using the Winchestder data is does (not by much) but I rather hear from someone who has actually crono'd the load.

Yes they will and then some, not sure on the figures, my guess would be around 180pf out of my stock glock barrel

DItto on that, it makes 178-180 in two of my guns. I know that I could buy it off the shelf if I needed it for a match!

I've tested it twice out of my Para. 179 PF and 183 PF. It easily makes major.

I thought the value pack 165s were a little more tame than the 180 grain white box... 165 grain ammo goes about 1060 fps in my glock 22, the 180 grain ammo, woof! 1005 fps

best bet is to chrono some to be 100 percent sure. you would hate to show up at a big match with the "almost major" ammo. all the recoil of major, none of the benefits
