Have WST, Hogdon clays, 700x. 625 has 5 in barrel. Thank ahead of time for feedback
Farmer
Geezer load. 4.3 clays, any case or primer @ 1.250 or whatever feeds the best in your pistol. I’ve loaded from 3.8-4.5 and all shot well with 4.3 being the best in all my guns, runs 780 fps. Edited January 9 by Farmer
Joe4d
clays is one of the higher volume to weight powders,, probably why so many people like it in 45acp. Would be my choice.. Many moons ago I loaded that bullet over WST,, but at major... Worked well
DougCarden
With the 185 HBRN bullet. 4.6 VV 310. 1.230 OAL. Crimp .462 (yes, not a typo). Very accurate, under 2 inch at 25 yards and super soft. I sold a lot of this load.
