Machining a 1913 rail into a 2011 frame?

I've got an SV framed 9mm pistol and I'd like to get a 1913 rail machined into the frame.

 

Any gunsmith recommendations for the project?

First off - I do not own any railed pistols.

 

That said. I would expect any pistol that did not come with a rail will not have sufficient material to machine a rail as is. I believe I've heard that Dawson has a bolt-on rail to allow adding a rail to pistols lacking one.

Dawson had a bolt-on rail and mounts for GI-dustcover 1911s to mount a Surefire light.  It was not a 1913 rail per-se and may well be discontinued.

 

I think there's enough material in a wide dustcover 2011 to do it as the Prodigy comes stock with a rail (which causes much woe amongst people wanting to drill and tap for a scope mount)
