adamastergunner
I reload my own ammo and my STI DVC is stovepiping. Does this mean my recoil spring is too light or too heavy? Thanks for the help.

sharko
Does this mean it doesn't do it with factory ammo, and what PF are your reloads, and is it the factory spring? I have two DVC L's and they have never malfunctioned, in fact I've never had a stovepipe in any gun for 40 years of shooting. Not knowing the answer to the above questions I might also ask how much the gun has been shot and if you clean your extractor channel?
adamastergunner
I am running my load at 130pf and had a 12# spring in it. I did not have my factory spring with me when shooting so couldnt check. The gun has less than 1000rds on it. Thanks for the reply.

adamastergunner
I heard the stock spring was either 12 or 14 lb
