As has been noted, an easy way to address this would have been: ESP: Weight, size maximum, power factor minimum, in addition: ESP: excluded modifications: X, Y, Z All other modifications are permitted. From what our AC has said, ESP rules are fit box make weight. s#!t we can have comps and ported barrels now. Who cares about a couple oz's at this point.
