K-80 release triggers

Had release triggers installed about 10 years ago. Thinking about giving my grandson the gun. How hard is it to switch it back to pull triggers?

It's not a DIY job if that's what you are asking.  IIRC, it requires some new parts to be fit & adjusted.

Krieghoff says they will do it, but do not show anything as crass as a cost.

Even better than removing those triggers, teach him he doesn't need to earn a flinch to break any target presentation, anywhere

you will need 2 short pins with clips to go back to pull/pull. they have 2 plates that catch the hammers that need to be removed.

If Krieghoff installed the releases they probably installed the release sears as well which should have been returned to you. If that's the case you will need to remove the release hooks and sears and put the original pull sears back in along with the shorter pins. Not a real complicated job but best left to a gunsmith if you're not familiar with the procedure.
