Using my Blue bullet 147gn FP, N320, bullet loaded for my shadow 2. After 500 rounds here is what the comp looks like. Not great... Soak the compensator in a jar of Kroil oil while you clean the rest of the gun and all that build up will scrape out a lot easier. You can let the upper sit propped up (comp down, in the jar) in a corner or against something if the compensator is not easily removable. If you do this regularly, the lead will never have time to build up and it just adds one simple step to the cleaning process. Link to comment
Darqusoull13
So, using Sport Pistol will significantly reduce your carbon and junk buildup in comps compared to using a powder like Titegroup. I got tired of cleaning junk out of comps as well. Link to comment
rishii
I spray kroil in my comp after I shots and let it sit until the next time I shoot or clean the gun it does a good job of softening the crud, with my open gun it blows the crud out when I shoot it Link to comment
ryan45kim
Blue bullets are good in a PCC, I’ve run a lot of them. They are dirtier then jacketed and not as accurate in my guns. I run them for practice and local matches, and switch to jacketed for major’s. Link to comment
