That looks like a short, knuckle relief from Revolver Supply that is made by Revo-Gear. I run them on several guns.

Really like the look of these with a 5/5.5" barrel, just wish S&W thought about offering more versions.

 

And yes, that Over Sized Cylinder Release is dang sexy looking   But I do have to note, that one is a non knuckle relief version.

My 627 has a five inch barrel. So I spent 500 bucks having two guns cut down, so I could use the same holster for all three
