Organizations can prohibit and do regulate speech within their organizations. NBA, NFL and MLB do it all the time are prime examples. character counts. This is is one of those things that will work itself out very shortly. Either this was a one time stunt so he could showcase his superior intellect and you'll never see him again, or less likely, he is actually serious about practical shooting. If the latter, he will forever be known as " that guy with that shirt " and probably find matches to be a cold and lonely place. Then, you'll never see him again.
