Need Spotting Scope Recommendation

I have a cheap Barska spotting scope.   At 60 power, the optics are good enough to see 223 holes out to 300 yards.   This is plenty for me.    I don't shoot that far very often.

 

The problem is that the eye box is such that I have to lift off my safety glasses to see through it well.    The eye relief is too close to the eyepiece.    I tried adding a mount for my iPhone 7.   That didn't work.

 

I'd like a scope/iPhone mount combination to use for 223 out to 300 yards where the combined cost is <$200.   Help please.

Obviously a Swarovski, Leica, IMOP,
You didn't give a price range, also have Binocular module for Swarovski. $$$$

I think there are two problems here:

1.  Good enough spotting scope to see out to 300 yards

2.  Digiscoping setup

 

For the digi-scoping side, I think you need some sort of block off adapter for your phone in order to really see well through the spotting scope.  Something like this to start: (Linky)

I've tried the adapter to the scope (Linky) but I wasn't able to see much at all thru my Celestron spotting scope.

I’m partial to the Meopta Mostar S2. It is not cheap but is optically great with really good contrast. It’s also built like a tank.
