About to order a JP-5 and looking for guidance on the comp. Other than weight savings is there an advantage to the titanium one? Never had a titanium comp so any issues with cleaning or maintenance in general? I don’t mind a little extra weight in the muzzle so the stainless option is not an issue with me.

Appreciate the feedback. I’m leaning toward the Cheely. Just didn’t know if the infinity grip was significantly smaller or not. Which ever one I went with it would be in steel.

I have an Infinity competition grip, not the signature model. I’ve handled the Cheely E2 grip and like it. Is there a significant difference between the Cheely E2 and the Infinity signature grip?

I’m partial to the Meopta Mostar S2. It is not cheap but is optically great with really good contrast. It’s also built like a tank.

I had a S&W 15-22 then I got the Nordic. Sold the 15-22. For me the Nordic has been just as reliable but has proven to be more accurate and for me more shootable.

What number on the wait list were you. -
More running, crawling, jumping, and climbing. I am all for keeping one stage a standards stage. Last year I enjoyed all the gnashing of teeth afterwards.

I would also be curious to know about any other mag release options.

Carlson or the cheapest Briley.

I am going to have to try a gutted carbine buffer and she how it works. Looks flat shooting.

Tight barrel/receiver fit? Or Loc-Tite? Or doesn't Matter?

I did the same thing last week using a .001 shim on my new build. Don't know if it will help but I should not hurt. We shall see. I had not even considered such a thing until reading this thread. -
Used the new Armalite 3 gun rail on my new build. Light, thin, and affordable.

I am also building a new rifle for the 2016 season. The gas block is one of the last parts I still have to order. Based on my research here on Enos, I plan on an SLR gas block. I have played with the Seekins. It is nice but don't like the set screw placement. Would rather not have to deal with a set screw.

Have the small SV grip. Several months after getting it I handled the SV signature grip. If I had it to do over again, I would get the SV signature grip.

50/200 zero. Zero at 50 and then fine tune zero at 200. It depends on ammo and barrel length but there will not be much difference between the 50 yard zero and 200 yard zero. But I want mine dead on at 200 since all my holds for beyond 200 yards are based off of a 200 yard zero.

I have been running a CK Arms frame on a Freedom Gunworks build for the last year. It is strictly a 3 gun pistol for me. I like it. Bobby was great to deal with before, during, and after the build.
-
You can use the SVI grip with the CK arms frames. That is the combination I went with for my 3 gun pistol. It was build by Freedom Gunworks with an SVI grip that I supplied.

I use the ADM Recon X on both my ARs with 1-6 scopes. One is the Z6i.
-
I had a gun built with an SVI grip last year and I had to modify the followers to get the mags to drop free. No issues since then.

Do they get stuck loaded and empty or only when empty?

I purched a G-Code XST last summer and it works fine with the hammer down on my pistol. I like the holster more than I thought I would. The hood design works really well.

There is one very well known builder whose guns are far from refined when it comes to machine work but his guns are popular and run very well. Your gun is on par with what I have seen out of his shop. That being said, i would want it to look better.
