PSA 9mm hybrid bcg extractor roll pin size

Can anyone tell me the size of the roll pin for the extractor on the psa hybrid bolt?  I tried to get one from psa but they want me to send it in for repair.

I'd take my bcg into a place like Ace hardware and find one. 

 

I cant imagine it would be that special.

I think it's 1/16th x 3/8 on my Taccom, but I'm not certain on that, so proceed with caution. I think the one I used came out of an AR part kit, so I suspect it is the one used for an AR-15 extractor, which is the size I looked up.

 

I assume you lost it entirely and can't measure it?  Otherwise, I think Silver_surfer is on the mark with taking it and seeing what fits, but you'd still have to guess at length a little.

Agree on the Taccom. i also have a CMMG bcg.  They are aaaaalmost identical.

If you mean length, I saw that some manufacturers run 3/8th and some run 7/16th. Can't speak to diameter differences.

3/32" dia x 5/8" long........and make sure you get a roll pin, not a spring pin. Over at TACCOM, we use roll pins as they are MUCH stronger than sping pins.

 

WHATTTTTTT????? ....yes there is a difference:

Roll pin: literally rolled up steel sheet

Spring Pin: closed "C"
