My Gun : Tanfoglio stock 2 My cartridge : 9 mm 124 GN Copper bullet 0.355 Tc Power Factor 130 Now im using 7 Lb . Thanks in advance for your answer and im so sorry for my poor english. lilbeauxdawg
I’ve always used a 10 pound Wolff spring.
zombywoof
I'm using 8lb Wolff recoil standard length spring. Which 7 lb spring are you using?

LucaLu It mostly depends on you, how hard do you grip how much do you drive the gun during recoil etc. If you have decent slow motion video on your phone you can have someone film you from the side and watch how the gun recovers from recoil, if the slide closes and muzzle dips below the original point of aim you probably want to go lighter on the spring, if it stays above then you probably want to try heavier. Ideally the gun will recover from recoil right where it left from.
