The best competition setting for Tanfoglio stock 2 9 mm

Hallo to all.

In your opinion for fastest  and good double tap ,  what's the best recoil spring setting to use in a competion ? 

My Gun : Tanfoglio stock 2

My cartridge

9 mm 124 GN   Copper bullet

0.355

Tc

Power Factor 130

Now im using 7 Lb .

It mostly depends on you, how hard do you grip how much do you drive the gun during recoil etc.  If you have decent slow motion video on your phone you can have someone film you from the side and watch how the gun recovers from recoil, if the slide closes and muzzle dips below the original point of aim you probably want to go lighter on the spring, if it stays above then you probably want to try heavier. Ideally the gun will recover from recoil right where it left from.

Which 7 lb spring are you using?

Im using a 7 Lb Spring made by a Italian Gunsmith . 

works very well with a shock buffer and the 124 gn bullet. unfortunately I can't send the video, too little space 0.49MB
