Stock 2/3 large frame/small frame ?

Hi everyone.

I´m pretty sure this question has already been answered, but i couldn´t find it.

 

Is there any outside difference in size on these two grips, or is it pure inside sizing?

I have pretty large hands, so i don´t want to buy a small frame if it´s smaller on the outside.

I have both. 

from measuring large frame grip is slightly larger (1-2mm and 0,5mm thicker), but this might be more due to that large frame is old model and small frame is new model.

I know you’re in Germany, but for other newer guys who are reading along:

 

I wouldn’t worry about finding a small frame S2 /S3 in the first place if you live inside the USA. EAA has only imported Large frames for at least a decade.

Yes, i´ve already read that too. The stock 2 i get here in Germany are mostly small frame in 9mm.
