BamaShooter88
I’m new to the competitive world and I’ve heard of all of the popular drills. I wanna know what the experienced people think. Which drills do you feel are the most effective?

Aforum55
I have both Been Stoegers live and dry fire book. Both have good excercises as well as baseline times. If you don't have a practice book to write down your times you'll never know if you're improving. I would recommend a range journal to keep track of your progress. PGGUNS
I like running the accelerator. It incorporates speed, accuracy and transitions all in one drill. You can also run into position vs just standing in one spot that adds to the challenge of performing this drill. I’ll will try to mix in a tuxedo target or even a partial on occasion.
