Sparryttaren
The buffer tube on my GMR-15 is loose. Increases risk for this if you have a super heavy SCS? I now use Short Stroke 5H5. 115/124 gr Sellier&Bellot Edited January 19, 2019 by Sparryttaren Link to comment

DesertTortoise
It happens, that's why the military guns are staked in. Reinstall it with blue loktite and mark it with a paint pen so you can see if it's loose again Link to comment

NPDriver
There are some castle nuts and endplates on the market now that are made to lock together. If you're the type who is constantly tearing things down or just prefer to use a mechanical fastener rather than staking the castle nut and endplate together. Some are using some sort of clips others use set screws or a ratcheting system. Link to comment
