michael.flitcraft
Has anybody sucessfully moved a case activated powder dump over to the priming station? If this is possible by either threading the toolhead, or using a bushing, then a powder check could be installed where the powderdump traditionally lives, while maintaining a bullet drop and seperate crimp/seat stations. I doubt I'll have the chance to look into this, especially since I have no other powder drops to check function with, but this would be a wonderful thing if possible without a whole new toolhead like what Immortobot/CNCShooter have available. rjacobs
so when you light off a primer accidentally you can also light off the load of powder and then the whole powder hopper? Yea seems like a great idea... NOT.
StuckinMS
Sure... hold my beer and watch this.... nah, I would recommend not trying it, for a long list of reasons.
Steve RA
Believe I'd also pass on this !!
RiggerJJ
Like I have said before, there is a reason Dillon didn't thread that position. Primer hold down is not necessary because the two positions on either side of #3 hold the shell plate down just fine. Powder die in #3? No way!
