Need some help from the Tanfo experts!

running a C-more on a Henning 90 degree mount and the V-12 ports are obviously blasting the scope with carbon and oil

Ok so I wiped the oil off and shot it again and the carbon has it smoked by 20 rounds etc etc

Need some tricks of the Tanfo trade for keeping it reasonably clean for at least the stage!

thanks in advance for any help.

Henning doesn't have enough setback to his mount for use with the V12 Gold Team.  Look at the difference between the Henning, DAA, and Cheely mounts respectively:

The optimal position for a horizontal CMore Slide Ride is the the back edge even with the back edge of the slide, any further back and the sight gets in the way of your thumb going for the safety.  The mounts which put the dot further forward are okay with non ported guns, but being further from your wrist experience more dot movement.
